GeoStar Solar consults on an as-requested basis with the
Governor's Energy Office on matters of energy policy. In June 2007 GeoStar submitted a report and recommendations to the Governor's Energy Office which outlines conservation steps implemented in other states as well as innovative steps that could be tried in Colorado. The emphasis is on minimal mandates, instead using market-based mechanisms to achieve results without expanding the size and scope of government. Download the report
